Defense dimension

NAVIGATION INSTRUCTIONS

This plot shows the result of a PCoA only for Defense dimension on the first three axes. Arrows indicate variables used for the ordination. To see variable loadings click here.

Giving the nature of the data, no clear separations are evident. However, it is worth noting that tail autotomy is opposed to bite, threat, armor, and spines. Passive escape strategies (crypsis and color change) are opposed to active escape strategies (flee and tail coloration).
